how do these fix on the dash? stuck on or magnet or stuck on window?

The cradle comes with a sticky pad to attach.

Or you can "Screw" it to the dash!!

The b2 then slides onto the cradle and uses magnets to hold it to the cradle.

like cocopops said... plus there is a hook at the top of the cradle which helps keep it in place.

Yup, had one in teh 172 and like Lee M (no Im not gonna copy EVERYthing he does) I will put it into the 182 when it arrives.
