Outlook / Exchange Public folder Archiving

I think you can do it like standard in outlook, just select it instead of your inbox. If not you should at least be able to export (providing you have permissions)

Create a pst file for yourself in outlook, then drag the public folder folders into it.

Had to do this the other day for a server migration.

You can either:

a) Create a PST file in Outlook and drag the public folders into it.
b) Use Exmerge to move the public folders into a mailbox, then export the mailbox to a PST.
c) You can try Pubmerge instead, but it's got a lot of known issues.

TBH I'd just use the Outlook method out of simplicity.
