iv deleted a colleugue(sp) off of a mailing list which is owened by me, yet when i mail the team i still get an "undelieverable message" to the person that isn't (but was) on the mailing list? what could it be?

expand the dlist before sending it by clicking the plus next to the name see if they appear in there.

already done that and they dont appear there :s every one on my team gets the undelivered message. its so wierd

make sure you are actually deleting the distribution list and not a copy of it .......

im not trying to delete the distribution list, just one person off it (and visually the person is off the list)....

there is only one distribution list, not made any copies. its seriously odd

Hmmm thats a point. il check that one out. the persons account has been deleted off the server, hence why i would like to remove them from my listlol
