outlook problem

I have 3 computers which all have outlook on them to all pick up the same email.

all 3 were on 2003 outlook

Since i had to reformat one i put on outlook 2007 since that was all i had. SInce then only the PC on 2007 picks up the emails.

However, the other 2 do not pick them up but can still happily send and recieve etc and all the settings work.

Any ideas on how to sort this?

ok, i sent a test email from my perosnal account and it arrived at the 2 on outlook 2003. - edit and on the 2007.

It may be that the one on 2007 has a wrong setting as the emails are opened on that one beofre the 2003 ones so it must remove them from outlook on the 2 on 2003. if you get what i mean?

They'll be a setting missed in the 2007 one saying something like keep email on server until removed from deleted items. I assume it's set up to recieve via SMTP?

do you know where this elusive setting is on 2007?

Sorry mate, haven't got office 2007 on this machine!
It will be in email accounts more settings, can't remember exactly where, but you should find it...

You need to tick Leave a copy on the server. If you havemt found it let me know I am on 2007 here
