PCD on a saxo will be 4x108, you need 4x100 for the clio. Offset on saxo is nowhere near what you would be wanting either

These will fit for example, 4x100, offset is not mentioned so i'd confirm this but it should be 35-38 being a golf. U'll need spigot rings to take them to the clio bore which is 60.1 (60.06mm for the pedantic).

PS, it's much easier to get aftermarket alloys which generally have a large center bore and fit the spigot rings which are pretty cheap, i wouldn't bother with anything smaller than 60.1 tbh as it will cost too much to have them drilled.
