Paint for respray

For the purpose of repairing my front bumper i need to get some paint.

How far will .5 litre get me when spraying ? Damage is on n/s corner but may respray front lower as it has been kerbed quite a bit...

Spray it all! 500ml? Probs need a couple if its cans..

what kind of paint mate , areosol a tin should do it 2 to be safe . or waterbase you would do it with 1/10-litre ( 100ml)
