i have an unopened set of diamondbrite (cost me £60 a couple of years ago), this wasnt available to the public over the counter (i knew a friendly salesman). Dealers would only sell it applied to the car and it cost £199, its a 2 stage process, stage 1 looks like water, this is wiped all over the paintwork and gets rid of overspray, etc and acts as a preperation agent. Stage 2 is then applied over stage 1 (dont wipe the stage 1 off first), the 2 are then left for an hour or so to bond together and then buffed off. In the kit is a bottle of conserver which is wiped on after washing the car every 3-4 months and the protection is supposed to last upto 10 years!
Also in the kit is a spray can of scotchguard which is sprayed onto cloth seats / door panels to stop liquids staining
and water beads and wipes off.
