Painting Calipers?

Hows this done then. Im guessing a good brush down with a wire brush, and then painted with some metal paint, using a brush and a tin of hammerite?

Want to clean them up a bit.

Yes, Wire brush/ Wire wool.. Then hammerite.

thats pretty much how I did mine, however some will strip the down and paint them, or powdercoat them
