Paintwork help

So the car is now 10 years old and it has it's fair share of scratches and scrapes. I haven't caused any, previous owners carelessness.
Here are some photos, how can I go about restoring these? Is there anyway that doesn't cost loads?

All of the light scratches will come out with a good machine polish, however a lot of the above have gone through the paint & the only solution is touch up or repaint.

Thanks for the quick reply. Had a feeling it wouldn't be easy to take away :/
