That price is very very cheap !! I got mine from best camers (on the net) the bundle (spare batt, card case etc) I got was £270 iirc. The camera alone is meant to cost £250.00 (rrp is £300.00 though)

With regards to grey imports etc, they most probably won't have an english instuction manual, i was looking to buy one off of ebay but the majority of sellers seemed dodgy as.
