Panel Changing - What should I know?

I am looking to change the front / rear bumpers, wings and add skirts to my Clio III Dynamique.

My car is a pre-facelift.

My questions are as follows:

1. Will a 197 / 200 rear bumper / diffuser fit?
2. Do the the 197 skirts and wings fit straight on?
3. If I fit them do I HAVE to fit a 197 front bumper or could I use my existing for now?
3. There seems to be some specific wheel sizing with the panels, what are the options?

Ideally I would like to fit a GT front bumper with the Sport arches. As all the GT cars seem to be facelift, I assume I will need the headlights and 200 Wings, but will they line up properly with the front bumper or are they wider?
