panel filters and exhausts

hey guys and gals just signed up to this after buying my clio 182 a couple of weeks ago. couple of questions for ya that i need help on,

1. i think im going to get a replacement panel filter for my my car but not sure which is best, green cotton- k&n- pipercross ect ect ect... any thoughts on which is best welcome.

2. im also looking for a new exhaust system s mine is blowing bad and the quote i got for standard exhaust made me decide to get a stainless cat back. question is which to get i do like the look of the blue flame 1 and it seems to be cheaper than the rest but i am new to renaults and really need advice from some 1 who has experiance in them.

i'd say (as will many others) get an itg performance filter, but most do the same job

as ive got a 172 (just a poor boy) i dont know what is best for the 182

hi there mate welcome to cs,i would go for the itg panel as it is highly rated on here and if ya looking for an exhaust you could look at the GDI one as theres a group buy at the mo with big savings have a look in parts for sale its in the sticky
