  Integra Type-R DC2
Ive seen alot of people talking about them. Just wandered exactly how they fit. Pictures of one fitted would probably help me understand it a little better.

on the 1.2 16v (i assume thats what you have going by your profile) you simply unbolt the 2 bolts holding the airbox on, lift it off and replace the standard paper air filter with the new panel filter, easy only takes 2 minutes.

yep, fits same place as the standard element, just supposed to increase volumetric efficientcy or air flow into the cylinders as its more commonly known

what they said , quite easy to replace the std one , by removing the bolts etc ....

now the dilemma is which panel filter ?? itg :D

just replaces the old filter element in the airbox

go for ITG. they're all pretty similar but these are highly recommended on here regularly

Cool, so its essentialy just a replacement element? Just wondering becasue I was looking at getting an induction kit but what with the weather and insurance bother, thought this might be a better option. Dose it effect the engine note in any way?
