Driving home from work last night and heard a rubbing/ grinding noise from front of car (05 182). Stopped the car and had a look. Piece of black plastic was hanging down from inside/ below the bumper (looks like some kind of splash/ dirt guard but had vents into) Guess this got damaged when and knocked the bumper in snow last year- not got round to fixing it yet.
So, what is this part called? Does it go fully across the width of the car or is it in sections? What is the genuine price of a new part (or would it be best to try breakers)?

Had a quick search round and it could be the arch liner. Do these extend to the front of the car and how are they attached?? I dont have a jack or ramps so its a bit hard to get a look at it.
