Anyone?

Merlin are clueless about the FRAM no. I got off the paper element it came with, and their site doesn't list a fitment for the Espace V6.

I remember seeing a picture on here of someone with one, but can't find it.

Isn't it the same filter as the Ph1 172 airbox? That's what I was going to order for mine when I get the chance. Or are you talking about something different

If I can't find it they should be able to match one up using measurements?

anyone ever clean and re-oil these ITG filters ? I know i have'nt yet in the last 10K

Do'nt like the oily filters but the Clio can handle them . (unlike scoobys!, they can majorly break down when the oily stuff gets on the MAF sensor)

Cleaning and re-oiling really nescesary on these ITG filters , foam in general i suppose?

I always clean them as part of a service when they're already fitted. They always seem excessively oily too.

Air-flow meters in general dont like oiled filters but you dont have to use anything like as much oil on them as some people do. I've used K&N oiled filters on my nissans for years.

Think we have a Ph1 ITG cotton filter on the shelf if anyone is interested

Mine just gets a light blow with an air hose every 6k. Ran my ITG panel filter like that for the best part of 100k miles with no noticeable build up of crap or decrease in preformance.

A quick going over with an old vacuum cleaner I keep in the garage seems to keep it working well IMO.
