a drivebelt is a cambelt? or do you mean the aux belt between the alternator and engine?

well im totally confused cos everywhere on the net it says its a drivebelt but yeah the belt that the a/c and power steering etc run from, the aux belt

Aux belt, about £14 from reno iirc.

Glad to be of service, need to do mine and the cambelt when the weather warms up a bit. The belt is the cheap bit its the idler/tensioners that cost an arm and a leg.

is that for the cambelt or the aux belt?

my mate whos a mechanic is gonna do the aux belt, am i right in thinking the tensioners on the aux belt only need changing if its squeeking?

Cambelt comes as a kit and it just over 100 notes. The aux belt is all seperate, you don't need to touch the aux belt idler/tensioner unless its making noises.
