Pas door won't lock with central locking

Discovered tonight that my passenger door doesn't lock with central locking.

Luckily I can lock/unlock it using the key but isn't really practical.

Any ideas before I get my chequebook out for Mike?

Check the wiring plug is plugged in.

Yep door card off and have a fiddle.

isn't the plug down where the door meets the front wing? The wiring plugs in there i'm sure. Does leccy window etc still work?

Windows, mirror adjustment and heater works fine.

Will pull the car apart tomorrow - more rattles after

could be the actuator that's buggered. When you lock the door with the key, does it lock the other doors?

Yes - all other doors incl boot lock.

sounds like it then, either the actuator isn't gettin power to it (wiring) or it's buggered/seized. Not sure how pricey they are but should be relatively easy. It may just be stuck. Check the linkages are all still connected. Can you hear the actuator when you use the central locking remote? (put your ear to the door)
