PAS fluid

What fluid do i need to replace my PAS fulid, will any type do the same job or is there a specific one i need to get?

Automatic trasmission fluid is the same and its tenner for a gallon much cheaper

quick question again! i'm new to this PAS fluid stuff! i need to top up so getting some tonight, but when looking in the PAS tank, there seems to be a plastic disc thing under the minimum level and then the tank continues, is this normal? also should i top up when the engine is cooled?

yeh thats normal, top it up when cold.

Both, fluid heats up and expands hence it then raises the level.
