Pas pump,alternator change on ph2

As above, looking for some pointers on the quickest way to do this as il be tackling it very soon, basically since buying the MPS in Jan the cup has just sat and not been used as the alternator packed up in 2 weeks of been sat, was going to break the car but after a stupidly low renewal off Greenlight i thought i may aswel fix it and insure it and use it (keep some miles off the MPS).

Any advice on easiest way to tackle it would be much appreciated especially when it comes to the aux belt tensioner
