Seized caliper possibly?

Strip the caliper off and see if there is any movement in the caliper piston.

Can you get the caliper off, make sure its the brake? Then you can see if you can get any movement on the piston if it is.

that is fooking weird

Sounds like something is jammed in there (like a stick in the spokes of your bike :))
I don't see how it could jam on?
Were you braking when it stuck on?

problem solved 1 of the bolts has gone holding the capilar on!! :S

and i could loosen the other 1 off by hand!

what type of bolts do they use?

13mm ones or the bigger ones that bolt the carrier to the hub? You'll want proper bolts for them anyway imo, so it'll be a renault job.

Doubt they'll have them in, can get you a part number. Yours is a 1.2 8v isn't it? Or is it the 16v?

its the 16v been down today and orderd 1, guy didnt have a clue what part i needed took him 10 mins to find it

Well if its the small one (caliper to carrier bolt) and part number 77 01 020 243 then your ok, the big one (carrier to hub bolt) is 77 03 101 617.
