Passenger electric window jerky/straining

Clio mk2 2004. Drivers elecric window works smooth and fine, passenger side sounds like it is straining. Is there anything to clean or lubricate or is it likely the motor is struggling?

Tried the silicone lubricant but it didn't help - I guess it's just the motor showing its age (18)
