passenger leccy window - mark 1

my passenger window whether controlled from either side is very slow to move down or up....any ideas people..

i was thinking it may be a switch but as its both sides i think it may be a motor...

mines exactly the same, polish or lube the runners and whatever moves, send it up n down a few times n that should sort it
