Pay Monthly Insurers

Can all of you who pay your insurance with a monthly payment plan tell me who youre with, and whether you have mods (if any) declared.

Any other info?



My cheapest quote so far is Direct Line, but they wont allow mods (because Im 21)



Just trying to get a list of all the possible insurers I can use (no way I can afford a lump sum just after xmas!!)

im with doric, paid 250 straight up deposit and then 8 months at 70 quid. thats with all mods declared.

How about checking out which of your credit cards will offer low rate transfers? Or getting a new one? (egg @ 0%?) Then slap it on the plastic and make sure you pay it off each month!

Im with tesco which is pay monthly but im not sure about the mods as ive delibrately not done anything they would notice eg putting dynamique wheels etc.

im with doric as well ( through premium choice insurance )

paid roughly the same up front and £80 odds a month, thats with all mods declared and my previous accident etc... was the best i could find..

youd be surprised what the accident assessors can pick up, if they suspect mods, theyll check it down to the smallest spec, when I had my pug, got queried about why the airbox was clean, the engine wasnt, cos i had quickly swapped out the undeclared ind kit for the OE stuff...

im wit Admiral and im 18, 0 Yrs No claims, 1 crash for a 10 month bonus accelerater with all my mods delared TPFT

mods are front bumper, zorst, side skirts, interior changes and alloys

£1,030 one off payment

£1,300 monthly

but mines fully comp i dont pay monthly paid mine at the beginning of the year it was £968 with **whispers** none declared *** but will be next month!!!
