I dont understand what this means

Extract USPL from step (1e) and open a command prompt window on your computer (Start -> Run -> Cmd.exe). In said window go to where you extracted USPL and run BLAC_USPL.exe. You may have to disable your antivirus for this. Some provide a false positive that it is a virus/trojan.



Ive done the Start menu thing, but what do i type in that Dos looking screen?

i would just go to where you extract it blac_uspl.exe and run it from windows. unless there is some specific reason to run it from the cmd prompt.

if it doesnt work type c:\folders that its in\blac_uspl.exe

i tried that and i double click on it , then the dos window pops up then dissapears straight away

what's it meant to do - can you check if it has or not? should have

its supposed to restart my phone which is connected by USB , but it isnt, before i connected it i clicked on BLAC_USPL.exe. just to see what it did and the box stayed open. Now it doesnt!!!
