Ok will those two work together?

And does that motherboard have on board graphics?
if not what do i need to give it graphics (Cheap as poss)

the 945 chipset ain't the most stable in the world with c2d.
try and go for a 965 or above.

in my experience u get what u pay for with motherboards. at least buy something by asus or gigabyte if you must buy cheap.
