Depends on what your using with it Dave. You dont want to use cutting pads and abbrassive polishes more than once or twice a year. A good wash technique is a must - You only want to use a Swirl remover on it once a year. I do one proper big clean a year on mine with SSR 2.5 and a cutting pad.
Using mild stuff like AG Super Resin or a Glaze like Vanilla Moose you can use it every week if you like.
