pc wont start ??

i havent used it for about half a year so i thought i turn it on but it wouldnt start , all that happened was the fans start and a couple of beeps from the motherboard then it all came to a halt . any ideas ?? as i was going to sale it soon

take it apart then put it back together probs just dust inside it
