PC'ing out Scratches

Right some fucker has egged my car. Now i wouldnt mind, but its caused some deep splatter marks on my paintwork which are VERY noticable, and for someone who loves his car (even tho its a s**t one) its annoying to look at.


At a close up the scratches dont seem to have gone all the way down to the metal, though some of the little chips (the scratch is a series of chips in the shape of a splatter) do apprear very deep. its hard to tell because there are a load of white marks left where its damaged the surface paint.




if i get a PC, is there a chance that the scratches will come off ? Or is a bloody respray in order ?

Sometimes (more often than not) even a wet sand and machine polish will notsort them, purchased a 309 GTi which had the same damage a few years ago and they would not polish out.
