i think what they mean is the exhausts dont have a great reputation to say the least.. the build quality is poor and the noise is normally loud boomy.

perco are ok if you have a 1.2 16v and want it to sound fast

Big bore 4 an cherry bombs were awesome back in the day. The last cherry bomb i had, had a switch on it to make the sound louder or quieter, pure class

Though Peco were finished?? I used to have a 2" Peco backbox a few years ago, was actually quite good! Second hand though, £15 off eBay rusted to f**k and lasted 3 months :approve:

Better than the Sportex shite I replaced it with.

LOL! I used to have a Peco exhaust on my 106 XSI... sprayed it black before it rusted away!

Try getting a stainless steel exhaust mate... will last forever!
