Peeling trim around heater controls

Hello,

Newbie here, so apologies if this topic has been covered before:

I have a 2005 Clio rush and the interior trim which surrounds the heater controls is peeling. Looks awful. I've read it's a know issue but just wanted a bit of advice on what people have done to fix it? I tried contacting Renault, and they no longer sell the part as it's over 10 years old, also tried looking online but can't seem to see replacements in good condition. I only need the black trim which I've managed to remove, not the whole unit. Also emailed a breaker and waiting on a response.

It's only on later cars it does it around 2005. Get one from an older car and it will be fine. You don't have the air circulation button that all the early ones have but if you get one that does it will still work fine
