People queing for Halo this morning!!!!!!!!

Why are you all so bothered what other people do?
Personally I think Halo is s**t and won't be getting it but if people wanted it at 12 last night, let them. Not everyone works mon-fri 9-5, there's probably a lot of people on continental shifts etc who want to play it asap. Although as mentioned above it probably makes sense to get it delivered. Often get games the day before release when pre-ordering.
I remember when MW2 came out, it happened to tie in with me getting fired from my job. I queued up at Game at midnight because I had nothing better to do and thought I might aswell get the game to occupy my time. Loads of people were walking past shouting stuff at us :S No need for that.

Yeah I'd just been fired from my job a couple of days previous. I literally had f**k all to do and happened to be driving through town at the time. Pub on a weekday.. hmm nah, my mates all get up for work well early so i'd be sitting there on my own. Who goes out for dinner at midnight? Sitting at home w**king is ok but queuing up for a game is not :S
I think you need to take a look at yourself, you're so concerned about what other people do. Must be some kind of insecurity behind that.
Where the f**k am I gonna look for a job at midnight? I'd been fired 2 days before and had cash in the bank, wasn't exactly in a hurry to get back to work
I have NEVER queued for a game and never will. Worst case il wait a day and stroll into my local ASDA, Tesco etc and find it in there...with no queue's.
Did that with FIFA10 and MW2. People queued for FIFA locally at minight..got the game then spent 3 hours on it then got up and went to work. Me I strolled in at midday the day after release day and picked it up off the shelf..no queue.
Likewise MW2..people queued at local gamestore for 3 hours..they run out of stock. The ones that did get it again go home, play on it for an hour or so then go to bed and get up for work.

Fully rested and 3. A copy of MW2 through my door. Whilst others are sitting at work wishing the day away and tired.

Like I said there was no rush to get a job. It's funny how you think sitting at home on the internet is fine but being at a shop at midnight is somehow wrong.

Annoyingly both Tesco and ASDA which are the only 2 supermarkets in my town weren't selling them cheap on release day. Drive to Ipswich on the other hand and you could of got it for £26.
Campaign completion time = 8 hours
Online completion time = you can't complete the internet!

I am not at work lolz. I <3 Halo. I saw 2 people queuing at Game last night too, not really my cup of tea, but I can see why there's people that do it, it's a massive game, but I also saw they're doing a midnight opening for Fifa?? Srsly?

Sainburys for a guess, it was available for £26 on release day.
I queued up for GTA4 or whatever the last one was...although in my defence I didn't want the game and was there to keep someone else company. It was quite possibly the lowest point in my life.
Pre-order is where it's at, MW2 turned up a week early.
Haha, to be fair, I will be queuing to get the new COD when it is out. And taking a day off.
It is no different to the Apple fanatics that go to the apple store at 7.00am in the morning to get the latest iPhone 4.
I'm up @ 5.30am and will be heading to a 24 hour supermarket and picking up a copy...
