performance manifold

anyone got a performance manifold on thier 16v (inlet,outlet). does it actually make that much of a difference? bhp wise

iv got k-tec manifold on! Im happy with it, gives a bit more torque to the old 1800! I wouldnt have paid £300+ for it but i got it a a discount price

yet to be rolling roaded!
