Pros and cons of both please guys?
I'm looking into buying a 172 I currently own a Naples red Clio hybrid. But looking for something w
A tad newer and abut more reliable.

I personally prefer the ph1 172s
What should I look out for when I go and have a looksie?

Hi mate,

Just to let you know that its been covered alot of times so look in the search section

Phase 1 will save you some cash and leave you with a little more cash to spend on mods/maintanence

I have owned a phase 1 and now own a 172 cup.... the phase 1 was more fun to drive by far! phase 2 is a little more comfy/modern

Id start by looking for a phase 1 if i were you

Cheers mate, mine hybrid was fully (let's say stripped)... I fancy a few mod cons..what exhaust system would u recommend? Something that sounds nice but not droney on the motorway?

well there are plenty of systems to choose from, start by looking at a k-tec stealth exhaust. There are other systems which you can buy but youl need to look at noise levels etc. Look on www.k-tecracing.com and you will find loads of products.

There are a few tidy examples of phase 1's for sale on here if you look on the "for sale" section
