All, the rubbing strip on my drivers side door is starting to come off - does anyone know what they are held on with (ie glue or screws) as i would like to remove them?

Emmm....its a 93 Clio 16v

little clippy things (sorry dont know the correct term), just give the strip a tug.

if its coming off it could be its come unclipped in which case apply pressure and youll hear it clip back on or one or more of the clips have broken/come out

Si.

there stuck on with plastic clips , when i took my trim off most of the clips broke ! so i had to get sum more from renault, only about 30p a clip.

Inside your drivers door, halfway down on the right, near the end of it there will be a small round black plastic cover, prise it off (bein careful not to scratch the paint!) and there will be a torx screw behind this, loosen this (watch that you dont completely unscrew it and lose the screw down into the depths of the door!) and it will slide off easily. This method also avoids breaking those small clips!
