Phase 2 rims & Theives

Anyone secured their phase 2 centre caps to the alloy. I saw some with holes in the middle but they didnt look particularly nice. Iv just bought a set and my last ones on my last car got nicked! Dont want it to happen again really!

Dunno what you could do really mate. Think you would have to drill em really. or maybe put a dirty gret tie wrap round em. but would look w**k probably.

Best thing to do is, if someone nicks yours, nick someone elses. Its a vicious circle! You never know, you might end up nickin your own back! Or u could take em off it dodgy areas or at night.

Buy a set of plasic ones from renault for every day driveing and use the originals for other times, but then it orrured to me them thevin w**kers would steal anything that isnt tied down. or bolted for that matter.

I know of someone who superglued razor blades behind the caps...

iv picked up my wheels and tehy have metal centres. I reckon I can make em secured on, ill keep u posted!

could u not drill a small hole in em thats hardly noticeable then put some sort of screw in em. would make it more awkward to get em off.
