That one is a passive tilt/swivel N80 holder for Clio vents. There's two other positions they do them for. If you search the wizard.
You can buy them from incargear.com but they're about £40 all in.
Goof quality and solidly built and fixing.

No it doesn't.
It's a Nokia N80 with tomtom mobile 6 which you can get off the internet if you look in the right places. No subscription, full satnav with saftey cameras and points of interest.
Being an N80 it needs an external bluetooth GPS unlike an N95 which has GPS built in.
