Got some pictures that i want edited, anywhere i can download photoshop from or any other good software?

Download the trial. Then if you like it, fork out the few hundred quid that it is. Or Gimp which is free and meant to be very much like Photoshop, never tried it though.
What sort of stuff are you wanting to do to pictures?
