Photoshop request please

Hey, in the middle of refurbing my 1.2's and was looking at different colours. Thinking about a polished lip and different centres. Would it be possible for someone to put this colour....

Or something similar onto this wheel(keeping the polished lip)

It's not white just in the early process of polishing it. It's the way the flash has shown up the lip. Can't even see the writing properly.
