Photoshop request wheels in different colour

Can somebody change my wheel colour to the same orange as my mirrors and badges, also do one the same colour orange as the attached picture.

I'll give it a try now for you, I'm assuming just a darker orange? it may be quite hard to match it exactly

I have had some quotes for powder coating and it is over £240 inc removing the tyres to do it fluorescent orange, I went to see city powder coaters but the orange is not the same, so I am having a go myself with rattle cans.
Worst case I mess it up and it costs me £30 in paint then get them done properly.
@Fantom they will be done for Bedford so you can give me your opinion of them then.
