Photoshop uploading help

i have done a photoshop of a 182 and im tryin to post a topic with it on it can someone help me or tell me how to do it???cheers

press browse... select the pic...

then press host and it will give u an address....

choose the one that says direct link press the http://forum.cliosport.net/forum_images/post_button_image.gif and post the address in....

now once a press host its sayin its a psd and thats not allowd

ur saving it as a photoshop file... open the pic... go to file, save as and use the drop down menu to select JPEG

Goto File > Publish to Web, so that it saves a JPEG!
