Is the only way to get pics on here by using photoshop?If so, where can I get it? Used the search option on tool bar but couldnt see anything on lod posts relating.

No dude you got the wrong end of the gearstick lol, Photoshop is a program to edit/enhance and modify pictures. As for the pics you want to upload, use the cliosport image gallery as you are a member or use an independant photo storage site such as www.photobucket.com

To post a pic on the site you've got to be a full paid up member. Apart from that you could host it yourself and link to it with IMG tags, or host on a free pic hosting site (Google for one like photopost or something)
