Pick me a laptop - 600 quid

Needs wireless, good speed and good storage.

Most I wanna spend is 600 quid.

I'm looking at the Dell Studio 17 too.

My grandad bought a Samsung R700 from Laptops Direct recently and it is pretty good, there are some good reviews for it too.

slightly better spec than the R700 Santa Rosa linked above^^

Well built with a real quality feel, only trouble with it really is the shiny inserts and the shiny case fascia is a fingerprint magnet! It's not light either so it really is aimed at those wanting a desktop replacement really.

I'd recommend it for the money!

You already know my thoughts.

Dell or HP and at a push a Sony VIAO but you pay more for same spec.

Personally I will be looking to swap from my D830 to a M1330 soon.
