Pipe hanging Loose

hi guys just found a black flexi pipe hanging down on passenger side of my car next to front wheel its connected at 1 end but cant seem to see where abouts any ideas wat it could be

It connects to the underside of the battery tray and takes away any spilt battery acid. The other end should connect vier a clip to the engine undertray or the Arch liner.
