I fitted one a few months ago. No discernable difference at all, but saves money every time you have a service as it doesnt need changing!

youve got your foot on the clutch, then you move your foot sideways (left) so the clutch pedal rockets up (usually accompanied by the bang of a broken gearbox / driveshaft or something). not something id recomend
