plasma dials???

just found the above product on the bay.. what exactly is a plasma dial set..is it something that rests on top of exiting dial set, it says dnt need to remove or change bulbs or needles, so how exactly do these work?. and does anybody have any fitted.

Rests on top of existing dials, tape it in place as glue ruins the original dial face took mine back off after about a week of driving with them as they were too bright when the illumination was turned down (travel lots at night on motorways etc on a weekend) and to be honest once the initial WOW factor wears off you get bored and they feel stupid unless your 17 although they do look good during the day when they not illuminated - maybe try some lockwood dial covers, although pricey for what they are.

There not amazing by any means, There currently off my car. Instillation is easy, Theres 2 vinyl bits and they slip over the needles and sit on the stock dials, Then you plug them into the main controll box.

You need to solder some wires but its pretty easy.

I dont find them too dazzling but i dont do that much night driving.
