Plastic Intake Manifold - How pressure

How is the maximum pressure I can put in the turbocharger without damage the plastic Intake Manifold?

Ive thought about Turbocharging the 1.2 16v. I think the manifold will be fine, but the problem will be the engine. Im sure a low pressure setup will work without too many problems, although the gains might not be worth it. I read about a FOCUS that was supercharged at low pressure without internal engine modifications, and that was quite useful.

Im currently gathering parts for a DIY NOS install. Ive fitted kits before, and they are so simple Id rather make my own. Its not permanent power, but it means you can have a little fun now and then.

Captain, will the knock sensor help to reduce detonation caused when TCing the NA engine?

yep it would.. but we aint using it..

its just too comples to add to the ECU mods.. and providing its mapped correctly, and you dont se sh*t fuel, there are no probs
