Im going on monday, anyone been - is it any good?

ive been, stayed near the kasbah centre in the corona blanca, have to say i thought the place was a sh*t hole, may be heading to gran canaria in 4 weeks but to puerto rico

i went there a few years ago. I didnt think it was too bad. maybe depends where abouts in the resort you stay...

Just get p1ssed every night and you will have a great time, prefer Puerto Rico, its a bit hotter there, Playa del Ingles is bit of a dive but make the most of it!

I went there last year, and stayed in the same hotel as Alymac spooky.

I didnt think it was too bad, quite good location as it was close to all of the pubs and stuff. Dont worry mate you will have a good time!

Going with the girlfriend.....so not as fun as I would hope. But still, its good to get away. Had a sh*t year so far so im hoping this will be the turning point

Im guessing itll be a tad quieter this time of year, that may be a good thing though hey

scary stuff! apartments were not bad, excellent restaurant in basement of hotel esp good after getting sh*t faced and getting a pizza at midnight! we just hated all the touts around the kasbah, the fat african women who were always hassling you, mind you there was an excellent burger bar just down from the corona in the square where i paid many a visit after getting sh*t faced!

isnt it the gay capitol of europe (no kidding), i know its somewhere on gran canaria. Imagine the scene out of police academy with the blue oyster bar and youll be on the right lines!!!!!!! LOL!!!

Yeah i know what you mean Alymac about the very f*cking annoying touts and african women but you get them wherever you go these days. Quite nice appartments tho and yeah i know what you mean about those pizzas when you are stumbling in pissed up. Lovely!

there is a major gay centre called the yumbo or something like that, goes from a bit queer to camp to hardcore, went with my girlfriend to it as its the only centre that has no touts........
