As I no longer have a French car, decided I would attend this today with my son and his mate. Next year will pre- book and try to get my car in as there was such a mix. Really enjoyed the day and have never seen so many cars in the show and shine class. Anyway enough of my chat and on with the pics that I guess you want to see.

This Audi had only been completed four days ago. Thank god it had a roll cage, new seats and harnesses as it rolled it head first. The driver was the chief designer for Airlift and had apparently done loads of track days. The back end kicked out on the chicane leading onto the main straight, Hit the tyre wall which then pushed him into the opposite tyre wall where the front wheel dug in causing the back end to lift and somersault.

Seems like a good show, i wish we had shows like this in Wales.

The whole VAG seem to me is just built on these fundamentals; 'Buy new or really old car, lower + split rims + maybe a retrimmed interior = show car'.

I know they have stupid amounts of money thrown at some of them but it all gets a bit repetitive.

It must be said though i'd love a nice B5 S4 Avant they have aged very well.

Ah, this it what was happening there yesterday then?! I drove past Goodwood en route to Horndean and saw the car park full...thought it might have been some staff training event for the FoS or Revival.

The Fiesta makes me weep, a few of the others could have my close attention for hours, the majority though, I wouldn't look twice at.

Great weather for it once the storms had passed in the morning!

The black caddy is stunning, I have seen that previously and spent sometime looking over it. I am by no mean a fan of that scene but, appreciate the work that has gone in to it.

Some of the others cars do look over the top and broken, far to low and try hard imo.
