PMS Arb fitting guide

Bought a PMS arb and have had a read of there fitment guide,but would like to see how others have got on with fitting theres at home?.any tips etc?

Totally doable at home.

Don’t even need wheels off strictly speaking, could just use ramps but as with anything ARB related both sides of the suspension do need to be at the same height when installing or you’ll be fighting the ARB.

15 mins or 2 hours all depends whether the bracket to beam bolt (which is reused to fix the drop link to body) is currently installed in the “correct” or “incorrect” orientation.

If it’s “incorrect” and the head faces outboard then you’ve lucked in & only need to remove the nut to slide the droplink on.

If it’s in the “correct” orientation then there isn’t enough room to remove the bolt & fit the drop link, without dropping the beam to clear the tank. Give the threads on the three captive bolts a really good clean before undoing the nuts otherwise it’s mole grips/grinder/welder time.

Don’t pinch the brake lines or wheelspeed sensor wires with the U bolt.
