Pms solid top mounts

Hi guys do you guys know if it's possible to replace the bearings in pms solid top mounts.
I've put in a second hand set and they have a knock

It is, really easy too.

Pms sell replacement ones or you could go to a local bearing company but tbh, unless we were going to buy in bulk it wasn't much cheaper.
